Kathy Chilton Bearded Iris is bold in the color contrast between its standards and falls. It really stands out, even among other iris, so much so that it's won a whole host of awards! It's received the Honorable Mention and Award of Garden Merit from the American Iris Society, Rainbow Acres, and even the renowned Wister Medal. These blooms carry a slightly spicy fragrance that's nice in bouquets. Growing around 35" tall, it'll help fill out in the middle of a mixed iris border. Iris germanica 'Kathy Chilton'
